If an item is out of stock, is it gone forever?

No, it just means that we’ve temporarily sold out of that item, and we’ll have new stock available soon. You can contact our customer care team to find out when it will be available again.

I want to buy lots!

That’s great. You can buy up to as many of any specific item per order online. If you’d like to place a larger order, please call customer care number, so we can help you complete your order

How can I pay?

We accept Maestro, RuPay, Mastercard or Visa cards. If you’re using a credit card, your billing name and address must match the credit card information used for payment.
You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you’ll be sent to the PayPal site to complete your payment. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be sent back to our website to confirm your order and finalize payment.

Is Sales Tax included in my order?

We will add the sales tax to your order, if applicable. Note that all prices are quoted exclusive of any sales taxes and these amounts will be added when you checkout your order, if applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

When will I get my order?

Purchase items will arrive 3-5 working days upon order payment confirmation. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging size, volume, type, and other considerations.

The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payment

What does shipping cost?

We ship most domestic orders via Blue Dart. Prices depends on the location and urgency of the order.

If your total order is Rs. 1000 or more, we offer free Standard Ground shipping

What if I need to change my order?

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed online. This is because your online order is sent to our warehouse where it immediately enters the order fulfillment process. However, you may return orders for a refund.
